Job Description

We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager- Payroll for our Prestigious Real Estate Client and the role is based in Dubai. Candidates should be well experienced with the Exit Payroll process, End of Service Calculations, Pension Calculations and managing the complete Payroll Exit Process.

  1. Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Manage a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  3. Review and validate payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and bonuses, prior to processing.
  4. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities as required.
  5. Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to employee compensation and benefits.
  6. Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  7. Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data management and updates.
  8. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  9. Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Provide training and development opportunities for the payroll team to enhance their skills.
