A first to the region, Little Venice Cake Company Atelier will offer a unique experience where guests can purchase a slice, or a whole cake to take away ranging from posh doughnuts, to afternoon tea loaf cakes, homemade fudge and florentines, fresh fruit tarts, exquisite chocolate cupcakes, brownies and biscuits as well as a selection of stylish piñata and fresh layer cakes. Guests will be able to personalise cakes and bakes for collection or delivery the following day. With a showroom that is open to everyone, inviting and tempting budding bakers with the opportunity to witness cakes being made at every stage of the creative journey. The atelier will blow them away with its bespoke approach to designing one-of-a-kind cakes and totally indulgent bakes, and even welcome guests to attend selective masterclasses.About the roleAs an Assistant Manager at Little Venice Cake Shop you will be assisting the Outlet Manager for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurants daily activities. Your responsibilities include training and developing team members, coordinating employees schedule and ensuring that company standard operating procedures, policies and procedures are being followed and consistently implemented. Finally, you will help minimize operating costs, boost employees retention, deliver outstanding guest service and overall customer satisfaction.About youThe ideal candidate will have experience within luxury retail brands, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with luxury retail brands, previous international experience is also preferred. Team leadership skills and a high level of customer focus and ability to work under pressure, along with a hands-on management style are important aspects of this role.
