The Main job responsibilities are as follows: ? Review and report on commercial retail leases;? Review and report on residential tenancies and leases;? Review, report on and where necessary re-draft commercial terms of AMC agreements;? Review, report on and where necessary re-draft commercial terms of commercial agreements;? Manage external counsel with direction;? Knowledge of Trade License Renewals;? Knowledge of New Trade License procedures;? Knowledge of Free Zone Company formation;?
