A brand with a rich heritage and know-how in the luxury business is looking at hiring Assistant Manager-Finance to be based in Dubai:? To manage the day to day Fund Management of the organisation.? To prepare the financial statements of the Group and analyse the financial health of the organisation.? Coordinate with Banks and Financial Institutions in Particular, Financial consultants and other Business associates in general.? Cash Flow Management.? Preparation and analysis of Group level Consolidated Financial statements, Cash flow and Board MIS. ? Assisting Group finance head in day to day activities.? Coordinating with Group Finance on sourcing of Fund and monitoring agreed terms with bank.? Communication and coordination with Banks, Financial Institutions and lawyers.? Help Group Finance Head in preparing Management?s Adhoc Reports / Assignments/Analysis.? Oversees a company's cash balance on a daily basis to assess its liquidity and ensure its healthy financial operation? Assessing, reviewing and protecting company financial well being? Ensuring cash flow is adequate? Handling daily cash balances and the money market? Negotiating and evaluating overdrafts and loans with bankers? Assisting in the inception and formulation of the groups forex hedging strategy procedures. Supervision of the company?s hedging portfolio.
