The Employee Benefits Insurance Producer actively solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new businesses; maintains an existing book of business, and expands book of business.Advises clients on risk management, and helps to devise new ways to mitigate risks; listening to clients and prospects needs and being able to guide them in the selection of insurance products that appropriately deal with these needs.The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.??????????Monitoring and reporting achievement of objectives related to customer service??????????Ensure all staff in the department follow the ethics guidelines while performing their duties??????????Responding to query received from the client about the policies??????????Handling customer complaint and resolve them in timely manner??????????Conducting customer satisfaction survey and analyze the results for taking action for improvement.??????????Raising Corrective Preventive action report for complaint received from client for root cause analysis??????????Follow up for the pending corrective actions??????????Ensure amendment in policy are done in timely manner??????????Providing reports to the management as and when required??????????Keep all client policy information confidential??????????Follow ethics guidelines provided by the management all the time??????????Performed duties assigned by the management time to time
