Job Description

As the Assistant CRM Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience.Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales division in lead generation from existing customer and prospect databases.
  • Collaborate on the management of sales funnels, campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement proactive outbound activities to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels to ensure effective customer engagement.
  • Maintain a healthy level of customer profiling and ensure accurate data management in the CRM system.
  • Oversee database cleansing activities, including resolving bounced emails and merging duplicate records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service divisions to ensure seamless coordination in CRM activities.
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through effective Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to elevate the customer experience.
  • Actively participate in the improvement of CRM processes to align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in CRM operations.
  • Develop and execute loyalty and retention campaigns to retain existing customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure targeted and effective campaigns.
