This is not simply our job, it?s our passion.About The Role,Assist the Manager of Colleague Restaurant to manage and organizes all requirements related to Colleague dining facilities to the highest standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by the Director of Employee Residence and the Manager of Colleague Restaurants. He/she will ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in the workplace as well as all feedback provided by Colleagues is recorded and actioned upon, to ensure high levels of satisfaction related to food quality, variety and flavor is achieved.To presents oneself in a way that enhances the overall Colleague experience, by adding life and energy into each outlet. To ensure that all food/drink requisitions are ordered in a timely fashion and as required for the effective operation of the Colleague Restaurants. To demonstrate excellent product knowledge of all food and special functions held in the Colleague Restaurants. To ensure that the menu is updated on a monthly basis and any seasonal dish changes are made in conjunction with the menu cycles. To ensure that all recipes manuals are updated and adhere to standard kitchen operating policies.About You, Must have strong interpersonal skills, strong operational focus, organization stills and can work well in a team. Manly focused on the customer service but must have administrative skills and strong communication skills, along with the ability to lead.To establish and maintain smooth personal and work relationships in the kitchen. To conduct regular spot check on items with short lifespans, and to ensure that perishable items are kept in the appropriate conditions. To ensure every food product are label according as required by the hygiene and sanitation policy.
