? Responsible for assisting with Factory Manager on Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales Distribution operations as well as Manufacturing support functions: Engineering, Planning and Maintenance.? Assisting Factory Manager in Preparation of budget including capacity planning and related investment planning.? Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.? Assisting Factory Manager in New Product manufacturing implementation and execution? Customer service (visits, follow ups, setup of action plans related to customer technical clarification or after delivery issues).? Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product? Setup of operational systems including (SOPs, controlling instruments, intradepartmental coordination/communication etc.).? Put checks and balances to ensure that operation is intact and KPIs/targets are achieved.? Analyzes reports including target vs. actual comparisons and initiation of corrective measures.? Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.? Reviews/approves existing and new procedures.? Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.? Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
