Assistant HR ManagerJob Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates?Set up and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) for employees.?Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive working environment.?Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.?Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.?Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.?Oversee HR documentation and record-keeping for all employees.?Support management in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.Minimum qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.?Gulf experience?Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in setting up PMS, handling employee relations.
