We are looking for Assistant Finance Manager for Dubai, UAE.Key responsibilities :Trade Finance Applications Processing ? Preparation of TR applications and supporting documents ? TR settlement letters ? LC Applications - Preparation of applications and supporting documents ? TTs for outside suppliers against payables ? Cheque Discounting applications ? Banking Planning Transaction Banking ? Internal Transfer letters from Bank to Bank transfer ? Bank Charges accounting for transfers ? TT inwards swifts and assistance to collection team for accounting ? TT filled forms - to take printouts and sending to Bank after obtaining signature from the Management ? Banks Fund transfer letters Other Banking Activities ? Scanning of all submissions to banks on the server ? Daily bank reconciliation. ? Finance Vouchers - scan and copy to folder in Server ? Bank interest calculations on OD and TR, TR commission, LBD commissions checking ? Daily Banking MIS ? Tracking properties given on rent and taken on rent ? VAT certificate ? D K Metal Interest - Servicing ? Stock/ Debtors Ageing ? Security Deposit Reconciliation ? Quarterly Bank Reconciliation ? TR Reconciliation Correspondence/Liaising with Banks ? Correspondence letters with Banks ? Liaising with banks, emails, phone-calls for transactions/operational matters Accounting ? Supervising and Managing the activities of Accountant Payable ? Checking of vouchers ? Checking of Daily Activity Report of Accountant Payable ? Petty Cash/ Other Payables activities & transactions ? Checking the pending file/Notebook of Accountant Payable to ensure that all vouchers are accounted. ? Salary Preparation and checking ? Leave Salary, Full & Final Settlement & Gratuity preparation and Posting ? Reconciliations of CDR, JAFZA, Dubai Chamber checking.
