Oversee maintenance and incidental work for all services, ensure compliance with standards through regular inspections, and manage utility readings while minimizing disturbance to tenants and visitors.
Ensure all contracted deliverables are met, adhere to timelines, address issues affecting asset impact, and monitor works daily, reporting to the line manager.
