  • Check and park of the receiving documents by the stores against the order on documentation of LPO.
  • Report on Daily Food Costing and Executive Meal summary to input on material management in SAP.
  • Finalize event revenue and supervise stocks for events with over 200 covers.
  • Summarize stocks for all outlets and general stores at every month end.
  • Provide analytical reports to Outlet Managers for evaluation, budget, and forecast.
  • Analyze the variances in inventory and prepare action plans to address shortages as applicable.
