Our client is a diversified group and are hiring an Assistant Audit Manager for their e-commerce business.Client DetailsOur client is a diversified group and are hiring an Assistant Audit Manager for their e-commerce business.DescriptionProviding key contribution though identification and assessment of the organisations audit risk areas to aid in the development of the yearly internal audit planPrepare a detailed audit for the allotted region, based on the annual plan and ensure implementation and end to end management of assigned audits on getting it approved by the Audit Operations Manager.Convey allocated assignments to engagement team in a clear and concise manner, ensuring high quality, accurate and effective outcomes.Audit and assess the adequacy and viability of the internal controls and compliance with the groups policies and proceduresConduct unique field reviews on the request of the working organisations or on the guidance of the Audit Chief to thoroughly examine the critical segment of the business, distinguish the weaker and problem areas and suggest measure for effective controlGuide and motivate subordinates to improve performance and produce quality work and ensure that they are consistently produced for higher level rolesSupport the field auditors in executing the review according to the arrangement and within the defined budget and in accordance with the audit methodologyGuarantee the end-to-end process reviews are directed, examine and consolidate observations, finalise the draft review report with the Operational/Functional group and present the report to the Audit management for their review.ProfileExperience in e-commerce businesses in a MUSTA Bachelors degree, preferably within an Accounting or Finance CIA qualification is preferredCA, CPA, or ACCA with a Post Graduate Degree6-7 years of experience within the relevant functionJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a monthly competitive salary and attractive incentives
