We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant/Office admin to work in our busy office. You will be responsible for the accounting and sales support department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.Requirements- Prior office Sales Support/administration experience is required.- You must be proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programmes.- You must have an eye for detail and the ability to work without Supervision.- Excellent communication skills are a must and you will be required to handle confidential information.- Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.- Good in MS office 365. Advance excel knowledge will be huge advantage.- English is a requirement both written and spoken Fluently.- Knowledge about CRM is an advantage.- Ability to work under pressure and plan/prioritize workload
