Job Description

A reputable and well-established˙Medical Devices˙company is actively recruiting an˙Area Sales Manager˙for their team in˙Dubai.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.
  • Building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and becoming the point of contact for the assigned market.
  • Negotiate contract agreements with key customers.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
  • Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team.
  • Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.
