?Oversee all the car parking and valet parking operations and procedures according to the local operating procedures.?Oversee the daily operation and implement the client?s operational requirements.?Execute the operational plan (staff positions and staff adequately aware of their responsibility).?Comply with the client?s and SP Health and Safety policies.?Follow the operating procedures and safeguard the welfare of staff and customers by running efficient and effective operations (Quality Assurance).?Perform regular spot checks on service quality assurance (staff uniforms, quality of drop off and pick up, quality of parking, records, tickets, and all of the facets of the activity).?Resolve client /visitor complaints and keep record of all incident and issues.?Prepare monthly operation reports and submit to Client Representative and SP Management Team as required.?Monitor stock levels relating to operation supplies (uniforms, consumables, etc.) as per company budget.?Responsible to overview cash collection procedures and deposit to client?s bank as per accounting procedures of SP / Client.?Train staff with co-ordination of Operation Manager, head office HR Department, accounts and technical departments.
