Urgently hiring Architecture // Draughtman // fit out Project Engineer in Dubai, UAE with below criteria:- Develops business plans and strategy to acquire new business opportunities for the company in the fit-out industry.- Supervise the execution of Fit-out Projects and coordinate with civil & works during construction.- Strong technical experience in the fit-out industry and capable to lead design process from initiation to handing over.- Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.- Should be experienced in handling the entire coordination of project related supplies, Local purchases, Logistics from project site inception stage to project completion.- Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.Job Requirements:- 1 to 10 years of experience in Dubai, UAE in building contracting sector (Fit-out and interior design works)- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering- Major: Architectural, Interior Design or Civil- Approved engineer from related authorities in Dubai (DM)- Driving license obtained and capable of commuting as per projects requirements- Availability: preferably immediate.- Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualificationsIf you are interested apply
