Architectural EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Experience with Concept Design, Proficient in providing innovative Concept designs and reports in coordination with the various design disciplines.?Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.?Developing master plans and architectural prototypes for mixed-use projects.?Plan and develop Concept and Schematic Designs for the assigned projects.?Attend meetings with customers and suppliers, where and when needed.?Developing a thorough understanding of the customer?s technical requirements and business expectations.?Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutionsRequirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Architecture Engineering.?10 to 15 years of relevant experience in concept design.?Excellent in Revit (is a must).?Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work; Work well under pressure?Excellent leadership and communication skills.?Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.?Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
