The Heart of Europe is the flagship masterplan of the developer located at The World, 4km from the Dubai coastline. It is a sustainable hospitality and second home destination comprising six coral-rich islands, seven world-first assets and 15 hotels that bring the best of Europe to Dubai.Requirements:* at least five years of experience working as lead or senior architects* experience in design and development in a five star hotels or luxury villas* in charge of Estimating costs, choosing materials, creating a time framework and scheduling workers* experience in site supervision and coordination with site team* monitor the project time line and ensure it remains in the agreed budget* fair knowledge of English* able to manage and delegate tasks to a team of architect and draftsman* must be creative and able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines* able to coordinate with our design consultancy firm in Italy* competitive salary and benefits 23 May 2022 Tags: | |
