Architect - Design DevelopmentJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Develop architectural designs from schematic phase through detailed design development.•Prepare comprehensive drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, adhering to local codes and regulations.•Collaborate with other disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of building systems.•Contribute to material selection and specifications, considering aesthetics, performance, and budget.•Review and analyze project requirements and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent.•Participate in design reviews and presentations to clients and stakeholders.•Manage and coordinate with junior architects and drafters to ensure project milestones are met.•Keep abreast of current architectural trends, technologies, and building codes.•Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the firm.•Assist in resolving design-related issues during the construction phase.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Architecture required.•Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in design development.•Proven ability to produce detailed and accurate architectural drawings.•Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Experience working on projects in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai, is highly desirable.•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
