We have an opening for Architect (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESIGN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury residential or/and hospitality projects.Requirements:- Bachelors or Master?s degree in Architecture or civil engineering preferred- Familiar with Interior and Exterior architecture materials, innovations, new trends;- Highly skilled in 3D modelling software such as 3Ds Max, Revit, 3D Sketch Up or similar software with excelling rendering skills to produce highly realistic renders for the Interior and Exterior and Landscape design;- Proficient in AutoCAD detailed drawings;- Able to bring his/her own input and Creative ideas to to develop a unique and outstanding concept;- Experience required, minimum 2-3 years;- Able to work on tight deadlines;- Familiar with latest trends, interior products and finishing materials;
