Job Description

Job Title: Architect Company Name: [Archline Engineering Consultants]Job Location: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-time We are currently seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in shop drawings and a comprehensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural field, with a focus on producing accurate and detailed shop drawings for construction projects in compliance with local regulations. This position is based in Dubai and requires the candidate to be locally present. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the preparation of shop drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications in accordance with project requirements and Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent is accurately reflected in the shop drawings.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of shop drawings to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Stay up-to-date with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all architectural deliverables.
  • Coordinate with authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and production, with a focus on shop drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate architectural documentation.
