Create and develop architectural designs and concept�layout�for various projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Monitor work, Assign task to internal team and assist with schedule management.
Coordinate and Submit Project Schedule and team weekly task report.
Work closely with Principal Architect to prepare comprehensive action plan.
Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software�and cad standards by the company.
