Job description ARCHITECT Job Brief:We are urgently hiring a ARCHITECT for an Interior Fit-out Company in Dubai.Employer: Interior Fit-out Company Designation: Architect Salary: TBD NOTE:?The candidate must have work experience in the relevant field.?Must possess strong managerial, communication and team handling skills.Job Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:?Planning and designing of commercial & residential interiors.?Prepare detailed shop drawings.?Co-ordination between architecture and MEP.?Meeting with clients and understanding their requirements.?Co-ordinate with clients, contractors and partners responsibly during the course of projects.?Authority approval submission and permits.?Prepare work drawings with accordance to the local buildings.?Visualize 3D perspective for client presentation.?Review the potential conflict between architectural drawings and other discipline.?Responsible for achieving all the project goals.?Also, prepare schematic drawings.Nationality: Any Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Equivalent with Architecture Courses.Work Experience: 2 Years Salary: TBD This job is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Qualification: Graduate or Equivalent with Architecture Courses.Minimum Experience: 2 3 years work experience Note:?The candidate must have work experience in the relevant field.?Must possess strong managerial, communication and team handling skills.
