Job Description

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Sourcing and developing your own leads as well as utilizing leads from current database
  • Complete call report by observing display and pricing of competitors products
  • Advertise and promote the services offered through social media
  • Must have experience in Sales.
  • Knowledge with Annual Maintenance contracts. (AIR-CONDITION/ MAINTENANCE)
  • A percentage of 2.5% to 5% of the total amount will be given to you for every contract/closed deals
