Job Description

Role Objective:?The Sales Associate is responsible for driving the sales performance of the assigned department and ensure an ?outstanding? shopping experience for customers through high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for managing the Store Cash counters in accordance with the Company guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Focus

  • Greet and approach customers to offer assistance by following the Be our Guest standards
  • Implement a high standard of customer focus through timely and effective resolution of customer queries in line with the Company policy
  • Understand customer needs and ensure the offer is relevant
  • Focus on link selling to add value to every purchase/potential purchase
Offer
  • Ensure high retail standards are maintained through daily opening and closing checklist and implementation of necessary actions in-store and in a timely manner
  • Ensure 100% compliance to the latest KMP standards through effective product display in accordance with defined standards
  • Ensure 100% representation of K lines in department
  • Ensure regular cycle count for the department in line with the Company guidelines
Commercial Performance
  • Deliver sales in the assigned area/department to achieve individual targets that will drive the overall achievement of department targets
  • Ensure compliance to the Finance guidelines while operating the Cash counter/stills in the store
?Requirement:
  • Flexible to be located anywhere in UAE
  • Age limit: not more than 30 years
  • Qualification: Graduate/Higher Secondary
  • Experience:0-2 years Sales experience in a retail store (preferably worked within a retail environment)
