Job Description

The successful applicant is responsible for proper A/R and Credit management.?

  • Overall control over A/R and Credit management.
  • Proper A/R management and timely reporting. Accurate tracking of overdue accounts.?
Position Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of incoming payment ? ENBD, KEB, Citibank statements.
  • Payment posting
  • Downloading LC payment advises thru Bank site
  • Coordination and follow-up on payment details
  • Payment postings for Africa customers
  • TT AR Clearing
  • Preparation of Credit and AR summary report for Africa
  • Monitoring of overdue status and providing daily cash flow details.
  • Coordination with the Banks for delayed payment.
  • Weekly AR Aging report
  • Managing the order block release request
  • Updating AR Balance Details in SAP
  • Sending, receiving and reconciling AR Balance Confirmation
  • Clearing Credit Notes Against AR
  • Overdue Reporting in SCES
  • SCES evaluation management
  • Sales contract and T&C management
  • Legal cases follow up
