They are currently seeking to expand their workforce and are looking to hire an AR Accountant, based in Dubai. They give innovative treatment solutions that help increase accessibility to health thanks to the precision of their tests and the reliability of their medicine.DescriptionRole and Responsibilities:As an AR Accountant at a multinational company, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and will be responsible for coordinating closing and reporting activities for Middle and Near East regions.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A 12-MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACTThe responsibilities for the AR Accountant will involve tasks such as:Punctual processing of customer invoices in the respective ERP system while following to companys accounting rule book, policies and procedure, combined with a basic intellect of accounting conceptsMonitoring and follow up of receivable, credit limits etc.Coordinate the monitoring of sales, cogs, inventory etc. with different stakeholdersDrafting vendor account reconciliations, close follow up and monitoring of open payables with vendors and internal stakeholdersPhysical storage of the processed documents and maintain archiving for easy retrievalMaintaining customer master database including creation of customer in respective ERP systemRespond to requests and inquiries and work with customers and other function to resolve issues.Assist in special projects, ad hoc analysis and tasks as needed.Cross-functional collaboration across departments.ProfileBachelors degree in Accounting1-2+ years (maximum 5 years - entry level roles) of experience with general ledger, preferably in MNCExperience in SAP is preferredGood data analytic skills (including proficiency in Excel) and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishUAE Experience is preferredAbility to work effectively independently or in a team environmentImmediately available candidates are preferred.Job OfferThe ideal candidate for this role will be offered a monthly competitive salary and an opportunity to work with a large and diversified team.
