Job Description

Solution Deployment

  • Handle customer onboarding process, prepare and configure the necessary hardware and software
  • In charge of customer training, solution handover and maintain relationship to answer any future inquiries
  • Manage the deployment pipeline and ensure the solution is delivered on a timely manner
Application Support
  • First contact of users? inquires and issues
  • Visit customers and address their problems on site (when needed)
  • Collect common errors and report to developer
  • Recommend improvements based on users? feedback
Application Testing
  • Conduct testing to all new upgrades and ensure the solution is functioning properly
  • Give the green light to push upgrades to the development environment
Training
  • Train customers on using Admin dashboard
  • Train Security personnel in using the solution
  • Train sales team on the functionalities of the solution
Development Support
  • Support the developers in identifying areas of improvement and act as a bridge between the customers and the developers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential useful technologies that would add value and develop the application functionality
