Job Description / Responsibilities:Responsible for Enterprise software Support.Desired profile of the candidate :Experience in Installation & trouble shoot of Enterprise software solutionsAbility to conduct technical training to customers and partners.Be able to constantly enhance technical skills by introducing advanced concepts and enhancing skill set;Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals;Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of systems, both before and after the sale;Handling hardware or software problems and faults;Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;Knowledge of local market and UAE driver?s license is preferredExposure to Document Management, Print management solutions are added advantage.Excellent Verbal and written communication required.
