External:1) Conducting Application training to customers 2) Supporting sales team during technical discussions with customers3) Conducting demonstrations, evaluation & presentations.4) Assisting customers with validation studies for accreditation purposes5) Communicate with customers and provide application support via phone or when needed.Internal:1) Coordinate with the sales team to know more about competition and provide argumentation in a scientific way2) Assist sales teams during technical discussions3) Coordinate with service team to know installation status and plan training accordingly. 4) Prepare training certificates for customer training attendees5) When a new technical information is received from the principal company, transfer of this information internally to all concerned persons especially when there is a new version of software or incompatibility between instruments or any other relevant information.Communication with principal companies:1) Communicate with principals on technical information 2) Communicate with principals on any queries of the customer which cannot be resolved from our end. 3) Keep update with latest training schedules and training materials 4) Attend all relevant webinars conducted by the principals
