Technical sales support for the GCC and Asian markets. Support sales group with the selection of systems and configurations and layout drawings appropriate to customer requests.
Assist customers in the evaluation of proper tower crane configurations, loading, climbing sequences, and load calculation to support the customers.
Engineering support for construction and special projects, including schematic CAD drawings and feasibility studies as well as analyzing special installations not covered by cranes documentation.
Provide customers with assessments, guidance, and repair procedures in cases of damage and/or non-standard circumstances.
Analyze tower cranes based on various design specifications according to customer specifications or local authorities.
Management of special crane engineering projects in GCC Countries and Asia/Pacific.
Preparation of procedures for assembly/disassembly of tower cranes for incorporation into customer schedules.
Prepare miscellaneous drawings, analyses, documentation and reports as required to support the WOLFFKRAN product line
Create configuration sheets for tower cranes based on contractual and engineering requirements.
