We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Retail business unit. As an AP Accountant, you will be responsible for performing accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and processing invoices and issuing payments to suppliers.MS Dynamics 365 ERP experience is mandatory for this position. Principal Accountabilities:1. Ensuring accurate and timely accounting of supplier invoices, in accordance with company policy and procedures 2. Managing the payment of supplier invoices efficiently and in accordance with cash inflow balances. 3. Supporting the closure of month-end and year-end accounting for areas of functional responsibility, to include preparation of accruals, management reports and other financial analysis as required 4. Undertaking periodic reconciliation of supplier accounts and follow up to resolve issues pertaining to outstanding balances 5. Providing support for internal and external audits and responding to queries for functional areas of responsibility 6. Bank Reconciliation , General Ledger , Account reconciliation process .
