The clients you will be working with are some of the biggest brand names in the world.The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplined analytics teams to ensure the delivery of Dubai based client projects.Responsibilities:Work with the client to attain a fit for purpose solution to fulfill a business aim/objectiveLead a team of analysts to drive a compelling story to present back to key stakeholders.Ensuring the quality of analysis is in line with QA and governance guidelinesWork through complex stakeholder tiers and understand the level of detail needed in presentationsEnsure project at all stages is delivered on time and on budgetManage a team of talented analysts, by proactively appointing, retaining and developing top-level talent that inspires the trust and confidence of our clients.Requirements:A background within customer analytics with several years' leadership or consultancy experienceClient portfolio experience involving client strategy, forecasts, budgets and performance metricsQA and Governance understanding related to the sectorAbility to present complex concepts to a wide range of audiencesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working throughout the organisationManagement experience, including hiring and developing and engaging employees, across all levels of the organisation
