Analyst ? Innovation Engagements, Operations - 7 months maternity coverThe ideal candidate will work with minimal guidance in a fast paced, ambiguous work environment, and will have the ability to independently translate high level guidance into detailed deliverables. He/she will demonstrate good interpersonal skills and executive presence.ResponsibilitiesINNOVATION CENTER OPERATIONS & ENGAGEMENTS? Be the key operations point of contact for all innovation engagements, team events and special events. This involves owning all logistics and every aspect of the client experience, including:? Center calendar management? Catering and hosting of clients / internal co-creation participants? Logistical needs such as badging, client travel to-and-fro center? Expense management for innovation center purchases? Establish and be key point of contact for operational vendor relationships (such as barista, caterers, agencies, transport provider, alternate venues etc.)? Support in-market logistics for Innovation teams running immersions and/or client workshops outside Dubai / Moscow? Be able to run tours of the innovation center for visiting internal and external clients? Support Discovery and Co-creation sessions in content gathering and breakout facilitationINNOVATION PIPELINE & REVENUE MANAGEMENT? Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients to request Innovation & Design team?s services and the innovation center calendar? Help build and execute a programmatic pipeline strategy & operating model? Run weekly pipeline sessions with the team, helping update project status and informing the team about incoming projects? Educate internal stakeholders on the center?s offerings and intake process? Ensure that 100% of engagements are taken in through a programmatic process? Help the team achieve VIK (value-in-kind) targets by working with requestors to estimate, assign, and draw down VIK through the contracting and billing process? Take ownership of VIK assignment and drawdown process, including setting up of billing lines, activity codes etc.MARKETING & REPORTING? Partner with Marketing & Comms teams to showcase the Clients CEMEA Innovation story and activities of the center and team? Run high-quality campaigns to showcase the center and team?s work (e.g. quarterly newsletter)? Evangelize the innovation center internally by utilizing various channels? Own reporting and evangelizing of Innovation Center and team activities, including:? Standardized reporting to product groups? Specialized reporting such as monthly / quarterly newsletters to broader audience? Annual reporting and ROI measurement? Support brown bags and staff engagement events in the centerPLANNING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT? Support the P&L management, financial planning for regional Innovation & Design? Play a key role in building annual operating plan, multi year plan, and budget asks for the function? Work with Innovation & Design team leads to build revenue and budget forecasts on a regular basis? Own expense management for Innovation Center purchases?? Work with Head of Innovation and Finance Business Partner to ensure that revenues and spending is well forecasted and in-line with run rate
