The core mandate for this role is to work with the current Treasury Front office team to obtain best in class pricing and execution of our FX trades in the EEMEA and South East Asia region.It will also be important in this role to be constantly in contact with our banking/trading partners to ensure that we are getting competitive rates and to ensure that we optimize our buy rates. The role will also involve liaising with the regional Product and Business teams to set customer pricing and provide guidance on market trends.The EEMEA and South East Asia region is the highest payout corridor by volume and the role offers an opportunity to directly shape the revenue growth of the business.Key Responsibilities?Best in class execution of FX trades under the guidance of the Treasury Front Office team in Dubai?Actively build and grow bank/trader relationships across FX partners in the region?In collaboration with the Treasury Front Office team, oversee creation of daily FX trading plans and the origination forecasting process?Coordinating with RSPs to ensure that funds are credited to our bank accounts in a timely manner and ensuring that there are sufficient funds available to payout transactions including sourcing of intra-day overdrafts where necessary?Daily reporting of opening and closing balances including reconciliations between our and partner books of accounts?Liaising with the regional Business/Product team to set customer pricing?Gathering of market intelligence to better understand the competitive landscape in the region.?Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Cash Management, Settlements, Finance, Network and Product to deliver on wider XBS objectives?Providing ad-hoc cover and supporting the Treasury Front Office team where requiredQualifications and Experience?Experience in FX trading (ideally for a correspondent bank or MTO)?Ability to multitask, thrive and manage in a fast paced and dynamic environment?Experience within South-East Asian markets is desirable?Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conceptualize issues and offer solutions?Successful experience working in cross functional teams?Strong communication and negotiation skillsCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we?re all in this together.In many locations, which may change over time, we?ve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone.
