Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and modify detailed alteration plans and drawings for villas using AutoCAD.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals to ensure regulatory compliance for all alteration projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and address any on-site issues.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and designers to align project outcomes with design specifications and client expectations
Preference
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • UAEDriving License
