Job Description

Air Freight Coordinator | AL Futtaim Logisitics | Jebel AliOverview of the role:

  • Efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with Internal and External clients
  • ensure accuracy in BOE processing, certificate of origin, billing invoice, costing, posting of data entry in system
  • Ensure on time invoicing, edocs and job closing
  • Ensure all clients rates are updated for internal and external customs and filed methodically
  • Handle other associates accounts and/or additional accounts as per need arises
  • Efficiently handling of client account and coordination with Agent offices worldwide as per customer requirements
