Job Description

úProcess the sales documentation and logistics for a variety of agricultural machineryÿandÿimplements;úMaintain and develop a customerÿdatabase;úPrepare, process, submit and manage pro forma invoices;úPrepare, submit and manage bids for tenders;úOrdering stock and inventory management;úLiaise with suppliers regarding lead time, pricing, technical information and availability of agricultural equipment and machines;

  • Drafting, processing and managing Letters of Credit;
úAchieve technical familiarity with the full range of products offered;
  • Manage import, export and distribution logistics chains;
úDevise and implement marketing strategies;úPrepare sales, marketing and industry reports;úLiaise and adviseÿsubsidiariesÿof estimated delivery schedule, service contractsÿand warranty;úKeep up to date on market trends and competitors; andúPerform extensive product and industry research.
