Job Description

úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProcess the sales documentation and logistics for a variety of agricultural machineryÿandÿimplements;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain and develop a customerÿdatabase;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare, process, submit and manage pro forma invoices;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare, submit and manage bids for tenders;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿOrdering stock and inventory management;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaise with suppliers regarding lead time, pricing, technical information and availability of agricultural equipment and machines;

  • Drafting, processing and managing Letters of Credit;
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAchieve technical familiarity with the full range of products offered;
  • Manage import, export and distribution logistics chains;
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDevise and implement marketing strategies;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare sales, marketing and industry reports;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaise and adviseÿsubsidiariesÿof estimated delivery schedule, service contractsÿand warranty;úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿKeep up to date on market trends and competitors; andúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform extensive product and industry research.
