UAE National - Aftersales Marketing Manager | Al Futtaim Motors | Lexus & ToyotaOverview of the roleIn a very competitive UAE Luxury Market and challenging economic context, we need anÿAftersales Marketing Managerÿwho will be primarily responsible to develop and executive marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at driving revenue and customer loyalty in the aftersales division of Toyota and Lexus. This job will play a key role in promoting and increasing the adoption of aftersales products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.ÿWhat you will do

  • Develop annual Marketing Plan for Aftersales products and service solutions, opportunities, and marketing initiatives to foster loyalty and ensure objectives are achieved.ÿ
  • Responsible for the creation of marketing Aftersales communication strategies to support programs.
  • Responsible for clear process of documents of installation and procedures related to activities to business partners from service and parts.ÿ
  • Manage and maximize effectiveness of marketing budget and internal accounts for Aftersales Marketing.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, customer data and market trends and prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to key stakeholders.
