Receive and respond to initial contact by prospective families, maintaining a 24-hour response time for all new inquiries
Manage the inquiry funnel and work with the marketing team to provide input on campaign timing and messaging
Work with the administration team to maintain inquiry records and follow-up actions within the CRM system
Liaise with the appropriate departments to ensure smooth information flow
Meet with applicant families
Conduct school tours where appropriate, and represent the school at virtual events and information sessions
Respond to queries from, and provide relevant information to, new families
Arrange assessment tests for all grades
Solicit necessary documentation from applicants
Schedule KG interviews and Grade 1-9 assessment tests
Maintain records of results of entrance assessments
Provide school Director and Admissions Committee with all relevant information for decisions on admission to Fairgreen.
Communicate decisions of Admissions Committee to applicants
Notify appropriate departments of new admissions
Ensure the smooth registration of new students, keep student files updated and complete the withdrawal process efficiently. At all times, the Admissions Director will ensure the confidentiality of student files and parent/teacher contacts.
Have good knowledge of Ministry of Education (MOE), Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Immigration and Customs procedures, as well as other official practices related to pupil transfer of schools and eligibility for admission to Fairgreen
Liaise with local government affairs departments
Maintain and updates student files
Enter and update information on new students and departing students
Generate weekly enrollment report
Prepare a bi-annual extensive enrollment report for the KHDA
Generates student information lists as required
Liaise with the Public Relations Manager and/or administrative assistant on:
Registration of all new students with the KHDA
Collection of required documents for registration with the KHDA
Management of registration of students in Fairgreen KHDA portal
Liaise with the Accounts department on fee payments
