As a key member of the admissions cell you will be the first point of contact for all admission related activities ? calls, e-mails, walk-ins.
respond to questions providing information on our courses, curriculum, infrastructure, opportunities, exposure given to students.
Converting leads that come through into admissions.
You will manage all in-bound phone calls giving information over the phone and recording the relevant data on all internal portals.
Handling of all in-bound e-mails enquires , by responding to them within the set time and following up the same through phone calls.
Arrange appointments for in-campus counselling where this is required for parents and students seeking to interact with faculty of FAD.
Monitor responses of applicants within the admission process and progress each enquiry on to the next stage.
To ensure prior to handing over students to the student relations team that all matters pertaining to admission such as collecting paperwork is completed.
Preparing daily summary or activities undertaken and relevant weekly and monthly reports as required by the business stakeholders.
