Job Description

Jop Purpose:To provide technical and operational administration to the IT Infrastructure, Datacenter Server Hardware, Software, and data networksResponsibilities:IT Infrastructure

  • Escalation Support for end user support to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure hardware and software related problems
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Implement, Maintain and administer windows infrastructure computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, and applications software.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Operate and master Infrastructure Management Consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
  • Perform routine Infrastructure maintenance startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
Requirements:Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor in Science Degree with IT
Minimum Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 2 ? year experience in network / infrastructure / hardware
  • Proficiency of English (spoken and written) Arabic preferable
  • Technical Knowledge of Windows Operating System
  • Highly analytical
