Handle day-to-day communications and correspondence with assigned schools pre-, during and post inspections and liaise any feedback/complaints received with the feedback coordinator
Handle school based documentation correspondence, delivery and archiving, this includes:
Sending timely notifications to schools on their scheduled inspections
Preparing and uploading school-based documentation in the system for the Lead Inspectors.
Ensuring complete receipt of all school-based documentation post inspections
Contacting parents and inviting them to the meeting with the lead Inspectors in schools
Following up with schools to encourage parents to participate in KHDA survey
Booking meeting requests as require during the inspections and provide all the meetings links in the SharePoint for the team
Receiving draft reports and interactive documents from lead inspectors
Handling individual school inspection reports branding for publication
Liaise any feedback/complaints received with feedback coordinator
Arrange for reports editing with editors and coordinating with editors and quality assurance team.
Checking that report stages are followed and progress of reports with each member along with their feedback and their suggestions.
Providing report status to the management and meeting deadlines for publications
Support and work closely with operation and team with different tasks and projects as require
Provide support to the following areas; scheduling, data administration, complaints management, Inspector logistics, Training administration, school reports follow up, and any other area as needed.
Provide support to regulation team in processing principal appointment cases, through assigning team to new candidate interviews, receiving the interview feedback form and sharing the final report with EPP for approval.
