Our company in Dubai is currently in need of a PRO, who will play a critical role in facilitating effective communication between the company and government organizations/authorities. The applicants expertise and attention to detail will be a vital role in ensuring compliance with government regulations and providing essential support to our operations. He will serve as a key liaison for the company and the government organizations/authorities, ensuring smooth and efficient communication to effectively handle time-sensitive tasks, prioritizing and completing them within designated timeline.Maintain regular contact with relevant government entities to address any queries or concerns promptly.This includes managing employee relations with local UAE government ministries, obtaining new employment visas/work permits for expatriate employees, monitoring and renewing employee visas, and facilitating visa cancelations as required.Administer the companys licenses with UAE government authorities, such as Dubai Municipality. Ensure all necessary licenses are obtained, renewed, and compliant with government regulations.Provide expert guidance and advice to both the business and employees on visa formalities, government regulations, and other related procedures.Stay updated on changes in government rules and regulations, disseminating information to relevant stakeholders within the organization.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all government-related services and must always ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place to meet compliance requirements.Must always be updated about changes in government rules and regulations, to make sure that he is adapting to the new requirements.
