HR Executive - Coordinator for a Business Conglomerate with Business in FMCG Manufacturing , Education Technology EDTECHManagement office is located in Dubai and Factory and EDTECH is located in AfricaCentrally coordinate and manage all group related HR/Admin activities including coordinating with on-ground HR representatives, external agencies to follow-up on status of hiring.Work closely with the Chairmans office to identify new hiring requirements and lead these hirings in coordination with the on-ground HR representatives.From time to time, travel to the base locations to audit current practices to ensure that they are in line with the guidelines.
