Administrative & Finance ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:•Prepare detailed export and commission reports to ensure timely reimbursements and invoicing.•Organize and coordinate annual training sessions, team-building activities, regional meetings, and incentive trips for Duty-Free staff.•Oversee purchase orders and gather information from multiple sources to create weekly, monthly, and annual reports.•Manage accounts receivable and payable, including the handling of supplier and customer payments.•Oversee and manage company accounts, including staff expenses, salaries, bonuses, leave records, and allowances.•Provide daily administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel.•Keep employee personal files organized in collaboration with DAFZA and ensure all client agreements are current.•Carry out various PA duties, including maintaining databases and filing systems, as well as coordinating with third-party vendors for maintenance and IT support.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.•At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or finance role.•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.•Capable of handling multiple tasks and working independently.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Work location : Dubai
