Description:We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HR and Administration activities of our company.Job description. Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems of the business.. Oversee facilities services and maintenance.. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the country office.. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences,interviews, orientations, and training sessions.. Manage the overall recruitment and selection process.. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.. Managing the labor contracts and taking care of all the Visa procedures of employeesfor both free zone and mainland companies.. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits andattendance records.. Ensure the organizations compliance with local, state and federal regulations.. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with businessinitiatives.. Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.. Preparation of monthly Payroll.. Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices.. Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.. Creating invoices, quotes and purchase orders.. Preparing travel budgets/ arrangements and applying for visas.RequirementsBachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.4 - 5 years working experience in the similar capacity.Outstanding knowledge of UAE Labor.Excellent communication (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening)Able to work and handle people from different nationalities.
