Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the schedules of the office boy and driver to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain and update office inventory, including office supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel for any repairs or maintenance requirements.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirect calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Ensure travel itineraries are well-organized and communicated to staff.
  • Assist the project team by taking minutes during meetings and ensuring timely distribution to attendees.
  • Assist Project team in preparing bi weekly and monthly reports
  • Assemble and organize meeting materials, presentations, and notes as required.
Qualifications:? Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Receptionist, or Project Secretary.? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.? Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
